Join us for a special hands-on pasta experience led by Executive Chef Jake Siwak of NYC’s award-winning restaurant Forsythia.
Chef Jake will guide you through the art of making fresh pasta by hand, using only the finest Sicilian flours.
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Time: 2PM - 3PM
Capacity: Limited to 15 participants
What’s included: Each participant will make their own pasta with Chef Jake and take it home to cook + enjoy.
